Eventhough INDIA is known as a SECULAR country but still the minor communities are discriminateed here. This is ONLY a HINDU country. Other people face many difficulties in INDIA because they are from other RELIGION. I'm posting such a black spot on INDIA's SECULAR policy. The 17-year old boy was reportedly attacked when he resisted a group of youngsters who tried to tease a female classmate.
