Contact ebay about it and explain your case, i've managed to get a neg removed that way. though this was some moron who won my item just to leave a negative, don't know what his problem was! if a member is banned 90 days after registering, any feedback they leave is removed automatically - though i've lost a couple of positives that way!

i know peope get right on my nerves when they just expect things. i only use ebay to buy but it must be hard selling stuff especially if they don't like it etc.
