Using professional services im pretty convinced you can, the question is how much are you going to pay to a professional to do it.

don"t know bout professional but ,sesible iz 2 back all ur clips and photos on ur pc, then yes u could recover otherwize you will find it just bout 2 hard 2 recover ur lost clips!!!
