Most unforgetable moment was my thread I started when I upgraded my P800 into the P900 via the SE Update Service by accident, just fooling the SE Update Service. Everybody flamed me and accused me eventhought I posted pics, and in the end the thread was removed from the ESATO public forums.
It was an unforgetable moment...

That was unfortunate.

Every moment I spent on this site is GREAT, because if I didn't know about this site I would never learn such good tips, tricks and etc about SE phones. Now I like them the most because I know their all possibilities of customizing them and etc. It is like that thanks to you ALL guys.

The time I was bashed for saying sony memory cards are slower than sandisks.
Posted by Residentevil
That's coz we are a tough SE crowd.
Posted by axxxr
Just so many good memory's here over the last few years....long may it continue.

One of my MOST memorable was when the great-Axxxr went on LEAVE without notice for about . . . 4 months in the forums - just recently

No, I actually proved everyone wrong in that thread

The thread regarding how to get a P910i at CPW for free on a £100 contract then changing down to £15 contract the next day (loop-hole in CPW/Orange contracts at the time). Helped me get my P910i for free
The financial problems Esato had where a few of us donated to keep it going (money well spent)

One of the most unforgetable moment have to be all the talking with @Universal_export, @jim and @vinieza in the Inter-playtime chit-chat and non winners suport group. I remember @UE gave me his
necklace because i didnt win anything in playtime!!! That was truly a great time. And ofcourse the time when we had our own playtime in a small none sense forum where the only active members was those listed above. Im not sure but i think we got permision from @trabquill to do so... Or he was only laughing at us when he checked out or small comunity:p
But the absolutely most unforgetable moment was when i discovered esato and i was a newbie at this great community everybody seemed to take care of eachother and was so nice... Even the newbies was taken care of. In the past i have seen lots of people nagging about the newbies. I dont think thats rigth because the newbies is the people who made esato to what it is today and i am pretty sure i wouldnt stay around her whery long if someone started to nag on me after my first post. Think about it. Even you was a newbie once.
Enough chit-chat... Lets all cellebrate the aniversary:D
Congrats to @Laffen and every member of the definately greatest community on the www.

Long live Esato. And hail to laffen for starting the entire thing.

Hail to another 5 glorious years.

since the holliday season is closing in, i was wondering if we would do some more playtime sessions? and maby a special prize from easto itself?
Posted by PeterKay
Laffen has a few prizes that he will be giving away as its the 5 year anniversary, whether its Playtime or not is yet to be decided Bart.
Heres the link: http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=134094&start=0
Posted by *Jojo*
But the CEO has NOT made up his MIND as to HOW those fabulous prizes will be given away
Posted by bart
i think some of the members here should get a small price for their work here.
some of the members have helpt alot of people, some have given us news and stuff to think about, some have made their name fame, and some have been here for ages.
its worth a thought not?

my most memorable moment in esato was the day k750 and w800 were announced and esato displayed some info and picts about them in the news section. I was excited instantly
Posted by PeterKay
Thing i love about Esato is when new releases are announced we get to know about them instantly before even going to the
site.
Brilliant service and news is upto date daily.
love it.

The famous update from T68m to T68i was the best for a few of us here. The first SE to have the MMS function and the click-on camera, that I was the first to own on the forum!

I remember leaking some info about a phone or 2. I had to leave orange because of it. :D
This message was posted from a W850i

Welcome back from the jungle.

5-years of esato bump.
Posted by jaykay
Esato no doubt has grown enormously throughout these 5 years. I've been here since almost the very beginning when we were all discussing the newly born T68i (this phone was a blast then). And then the forum grew on and on transforming through the years into the best, imho, SE forum on the net.
Way to go Esato!
Cheerz to everyone, Esato folks!
Posted by Residentevil
Unfortunately I have not been here from the very beginning, but still long enough to appreciate this great forum.

The K900 saga would be a new entrant to the most memorable esato moments for me now!!

well don't look at me!

@scots - I wonder who THIS is
Posted by strizlow800
I know I've posted in this thread before this:
"Every moment I spent on this site is GREAT, because if I didn't know about this site I would never learn such good tips, tricks and etc about SE phones. Now I like them the most because I know their all possibilities of customizing them and etc. It is like that thanks to you ALL guys."
- but I have another most memorable moment on ESATO
Posted by whizkidd
Congrats matey....
Posted by Residentevil
Striz, that is a good angle on it, bravo.
Posted by Residentevil
One of the more memorable threads was also the "On the couch" thread from scotsboyuk.
