Yeah don't buy retail you pay way too much, piece of advice the only things you need to buy from shops are clothes and food (unless your really lazy and buy those online too), for everything else you got the "t'internet"
You will get so much more if you but online, check out www.hotukdeals.com there may be some decent offers on there, you after any particular make or model?

youre going to a shopping centre! TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY!!! i havent been once to a shopping centre without saying 'thats perfect! oh wait, not enough money!' But i think high capacity mp3 players should be £80-100 as my estimate.

cheap USB 1gb ones are like £40-60 (dixons, currys, pound world)
although i would say use ur w810i with a 2gb card or 1gb card or take a laptop with a 80gb HDD and use that
