Plantronics 645 with SE M600i

I am having problem using my Plantronics 645 with my SE M600i as the voice dialing seems to have some problem.

When I try to record the command, no speech detected and even though I record with my other headset, when playback, there is no sound at all.

Just want to check any fellow users encounter the same problem before?

Yes, I own a p990i, and I have noticed a delay when replaying the voice, but when I use the voice command, it does recognize the my voice, and also plays my voice as well.

I like the headset...but that part made me think there was something wrong with it...even thought there wasn't.
