Well I use mine for showing off really, 8800 allows for most to be stunned at it
But I use that for photos and SMS and a bit of calling

sms,calls,listening to music,photos,playing games,internet(k800+k750)

In this order roughly:

calls, checking the time, messaging, pda (notes, tasks, calander, address book), camera, walkman through car stereo or with headset while riding, calculator, torch, internet, gaming, bluetooth photo kiosks, email, alarm clock, showing photos to friends etc etc

My mobile has been heavily integrated into my lifestyle

Posted by goldenface
Walkman. Myfriends. Wap. Talk. Text. Email and lots more.

Posted by victorh017
Mainly as a music player, but also to send SMS and, yes sometimes calls. I use the camera once in a while.

Posted by Born_Dead
Walkman>Camera>Games>Wap>SMS>Call>Flash Light(in the dark)

Posted by Nanakay
Max_Wedge has said it all. I also use mine as a temporary photo and video album. Now that phone users want all these functions on their phones it is up to manufacturers to make phones to these specs and affordable too! Thanks, Esato Forum members.

internet, internet and internet.... how do you explain more than 5 gb of data transfer in my gprs logs? Does get an occasional call and sms... Who needs sms when all your buddies are online on im!

Posted by max_wedge
way to go whizzkid! That's quite an achievement. Here in Aus that would have cost you $100 000 dollars (2c per KB)

We've only just had data caps introduce in the last 6months (1GB month = $99 type deals)

I use it as weapon

Posted by whizkidd
@sloop, you use a communicator? I mean they're lethal weapons!
@max, 100000 dollars

Posted by Marly
Most important to me (in that order) : internet, email, MMS, calls.
I also take a lot of pictures and use my phone as an address book, calendar, watch and alarm clock.

yep, you guys in India have had cheap gprs and EDGE for ages - we don't even have EDGE, let alone cheap bandwidth (though as I said it's starting to change now with decent data caps)

According to my operators e-mail. "approximately 36 Kbps (downloading)". But it is good enough for me.

good enough.
what are u charged for GPRS service then?

Posted by shuja91
And again according to my operators e-mail

"User friendly tariff @ Rs. 15/- per MB is designed on the basis of volume of the data uploaded/ downloaded gives extra benefit over the time oriented tariffs."
