connecting k800 to psp

Hi is it possible to connect k800 to psp to enable you to surf the internt if you cant find a hotspot?
I have searched but cant find any answers?

I doubt it as the PSP probably doesn't have software to enable external modems through infrared. I could be wrong of course!
