You can always press the shortcut button (the little one between the right softkey and the C button, that you always press by mistake when you want to press one of the other two). If you have "Main menu" as a shortcut, you can go to the calls menu, select the call entry you want, select edit and copy the phone number, then use shortcut key again, select active applications and select "new message". Then you can paste the phone number in the recipient field. Not as handy as if there were a quick list available, but at leat, it's a workaround. Remember that the K800 is actually multitasking.

MegaBass is the worse thing SE ever invented in my opinion, however Megabass is a brand for all SE Walkman phones and one or two other, M600, and P990 (I think), so the chances of seeing it on the k800i is very slim. If you want to improve the sound, use the equalizer features in the media player. Second, the media player in the k800i is similar (technically I think to the w800i), so I do not think there is a major difference.

I disagree Mega bass on my w800 with my UM2 headphones gives a great rich awsome sound specially when in outdoors the sound is great, but you must have good headphones or you´ll have a distorted sound.

If you do use the equalizer of the K800 with lots of bass on it we have the full compresed sound i am always talking about, so there is no way to have that deep and brilliant sound of W800/K750 on our K800, SE must do something on this.
