I know he is your friend, but put yourself in Luke and Alec's position, how would you feel then hey?
It is easy to stick up for a friend when your not on the receiving end, surely you would be pissed off and angry, right?

i know for a fact bav is doing everything he can to recover the money back and this wasnt his fault , it was the supplier who messed him about but i know alec and luke WILL get their money back

I know this has been going on a long time but you have to put your faith in SolidSingh.
I know your trust in Brownlad has been damaged beyond repair but if Solidsingh has some faith in him then I think you should make the effort too, have some faith in what Solid is saying.
The last thing you want to do is burn your bridges and lose every chance of getting anything back.

Maybe instead of trying to give it all back at once why not pay it in installments? At least then they would both be getting something back bit by bit and it may restore some confidence rather than getting nothing at all.

anyway back to topic.. if he is going to ge the money back.. cant he get a loan or so until he has the money back.. that will urge him to push to know he own the loans people more and more money as the weeks go by.....

He can get a part time job, if he has no income were did he get his car from? Sell the car maybe, anything to show he WANTS to pay them back. Surely you have to have money in order to have a supplier. He has plenty of options it is just a case of picking one and seeing it through imho.

When i'm dealing with people, I make sure they can contact me on my home and mob number, as i;ve nothing to hide, and I certainly wouldn't send silly little sound clips......I'd see that as being a little cocky?

I have just talked to bav and apparently his supplier asked for his bank details to wire over the money - it could be a end to this.

The money was wired to alec today who has comfirmed reciept and sent me my £1400 back
Took olmost 4 months, but i finally have my money back!
