Mobile Phone Monitor Problem. help pls.

I have T68+ and T68i and now using WinMe and Cable connection DRS-10.
However no matter I try to install any version of Mobile Phone Monitor which inclued all package in the post.
It not only does not work and no acion and after I chick to the Mobile Phone Monitor in the Control Panel then it must hang.
what is the problem of it and pls help.

Something is possibly conflicting with mpm. I had the same problem with an old notebook which ran windows 98se. I have never been able to resolve it.
