Graphical Queries? - Esato archive

I need your advice on this: Im going to build a new gaming computer but im not sure which graphics card to get. I can either get a BFG nVidia Geforce 7900GTX at £350 (with better stats but ive heard most of these cards have problems) or the Point of view Geforce 7950GTS at £390? What i want is to play Oblivion at full spec with no slowdown but will i need 2 of these beasts in order to do that? Are there any other cards with huge stats out there? I basically want the best card money can buy under £400. All advice welcome. Thanks in advance.
