K800i unable to send MMS on O2 UK

I have received the necessary O2 MMS and O2 WAP GPRS settings via SMS, but get the following error message:

"profile incomplete, Name, Message Server and internet profile must be set"

Anyone else have this problem? If so, whats the fix?

Alternatively, can someone post the O2 settings for MMS which I can enter manually.

Dude, have you tried goin into the games menu (the one with the little controller icon), and clicking Get Settings, your phone should within a few minutes receive the settings. Try that, if not, let me know.

In the Entertainment section there is no "Get Settings" Option at the top level, or within the Games section.

O2 Technical Desk got it working for me.

Apparently there is a known problem with the K800i and the automatic settings setup via SMS. They have been getting quite a few calls regarding this.

Had to go through the process manually.

yeah was discussing today although not for the K8, but the J range, over the air settings for gprs and mms wipe out SMS settings ...
