Must be magic then, cause i'm sure I only have one!

The first pic shows the front image moving for the start up sequence, by the second front picture the phone has started and asks for a lock code.

Care to start me at £5?

I know stick in a microwave...the results should be interesting.

Posted by garlic_bread
wouldnt that fudge the microwave?

Posted by axxxr
yeh proberbly would (so make sure you use a old microwave)..but that will also blow up the phone into pieces.

Posted by kk.226
I only have the one microwave

Lets continue this in the right thread (go to the garbage section)

Keep the ideas coming... (over there)

Krish, What Is A SIM Lock?

This feature has the option to Enable or Disable.

This feature is used to prevent the handset from using a SIM different from the one purchased. If another SIM card is inserted, the user must enter the SIM lock code before using the handset.

Enter the user defined SIM lock code. If the SIM Lock code is entered 5-10 times incorrectly (handset dependent), the handset will display "Phone Locked Return for Service". In this case, the handset will need to be either returned to the Service Provider or sent in for repair.

There was a guy in my SAMSUNG Thread asking me the same Question recentley, only way to fix the problemn is to reset it (Send it to Samsung) and they charge £20 to do this

Sorry if ive put people off

Before blowing the phone up, I think there's a code you can enter which will remove this code.

I think it's something like *#7370#, google samsung unlocking codes or similar and I'm sure you'll find it

I had an E700 that had a similar lock code on it, I removed the sim, entered this code and it actually removed this sim lock and the phone was perfectly useable!

i think its better if we just leave him to his own devices

Yeah .. hey krish bung it in the toaster and post us the pictures

Posted by kk.226
oooo let me google that code...

If it works, well.... I don't really want to sell the phone as I doubt i'd get that much anyways, and blowing stuff up is fun

Anyways, if it works Kerry&Sammy can choose how I kill the phone, so people start suggesting....

Doing it in the other thread would help!

Jeeeeez

As I say, I sometimes volunteer at this steam pumping engine society, and they have a steam hammer there that operates on up to 80PSI pressure and knocks a Coke can down to the width of a piece of card.... but I don't think they'd let me 'borrow' it to destroy a phone! I'd probably end up keeping the phone or selling it on Ebay anyways!

Ive always wanted to put a phone in a bath full of water see how long it survives haha Krish do that then stick in a toaster or even a microwaves betta if u can find one thats old lol even if u sort that code out, the phones locked to orange heh

Dude, get some hydrochloric acid, like alloy wheel cleaner or something, scrunch up some aluminium foil. Put the foil and the phone into a bottle, pour in the hydrochloric, put the lid on, stand well back, and press record. BOOM
