Sony Ericsson MyPictures allow you to send any supported file to your phone. Check it out.

the problem is that my gprs wap provider dont alow sending files above 30kb

you use MyPitctures by connecting your phone to your computer via a cable.... or IR/Bluetooth if the phone supports that...
