LOL, totally agree wid u about ppl being illiterate in terms of mobile tech..but they'll styll like da huge screen and all...and trust me..ppl can afford a lot...cuz they styll sellin the k800/790 for 29 grand in blu area...ppl can afford dat much dats y the price is stayin dat hi..and i mean there are ppl who bought k800 for 36 gs and n90 when it came out and i betcha there are a couple o guys walkin around islamabad and other big cities wid n93 in their hands...they may b illiterate but they filthy rich.

u asked me how much i got my k790 for..i got it for 24.000 rps...and i assume dat u have one too...how much u got it for.
btw today mornin i dropped my k790 for the first time...no scrathces though..dropped on a carpet form waist length or a bit more.

I'm just kinda getting pissed of at SE for their cheap parts used in the phones. Already the silver ring at the back of my W800 is getting discoloured.
Also, the N73 is for 28,000rs now.

Mr QVGA is right. I bought my K750i in june and the silverlining at the back is starting to loose its colour. SE should try better.

Are you sure that the price of Rs 40,000 for the N93 is for a brand new unit? I am asking this because one of the Pakastani websites (www.beliscity.com) which I trust very much for competitive prices is still listing the N93 at Rs 55,000.

N73 is for 28000rs at the moment. Those might be the old prices.

Been going through your thread and realised how big the phone industry is in paksitan last time i visted was quite some time ago and not many people had phones, but some of the prices are quite high though. Do any of you guys know of a site that i can sell phones in pakistan? because i8v just been on www.beliscity.com and am confident i can beat some of their prices too because somone mentioned that www.beliscity.com is quite competitive..any pointers would be greatly apriciated.

For mobile prices, go to funmaza.com. Beliscity have some prices which are inaccurate.

Thats a misconception most people have. N70 and N71 are completely different. N70 and N72 are the same.
The closest thing to N71 is the N73, except their difference in camera, rest the the same.

Not for free though. They only take warrenties for phones bought in Pakistan. But they will fix the problem.

in the uk we have a standerd perair charge of 40 GBP unless theres soimthing wrong with the pcb board of the phone, is bit the same kind of thing in pakistan? or are the charges diffrent for say a flex ribon replacement and a screen replacement?
