yep iam a proud owner of N73. a very good fone. iam still enjoying it though it is with me more than 8 months.
one suggestion from me if u want to buy N73, than buy black Music Edition coz it looks good and it has more accessories than a Normal N73. including a 2GB memory card, and a adopter to attach a 3.5mm jack headofne to the fone.
even though silver N73(which i owns looks good too, personal tastes.)
N71, no, in my opinion, it is very large and bulky.
so go for N73.

well actually i was looking for a flip or slide phone which is under 19000 and above 16000.....which is N71......but the only issue abt it is that i've seen almost every user on many forums complaining abt the ''screen scratch'' problem....this is the only problem which i m worried abt in N71....
i only want flip or slide phones...which is causing me problems...
N80 is gud but atm its little too expensive....
N90...ok too...but dosent have infra...vibration and radio...which r pretty basic things....
i dont know y Samsung dosent make 3G phones....

1..r the scratches very serious..or they r just temporary..(we can clean it everytime?)
2..does the screen protector removes the problem...i know it cannot competely do that...still its needed though...
3.. is the mobile usable..like normal phones with or without protector...even if i have to clean the screen the several times..i dont mind...obviously i will use it gently also..have u used N71?

1- scratches are forever, thats why they are called scratch.
2- putting the protector on will mean that the protector will be scratched and screen will remain free of scratches.
3- i didnt get that question.
to me, i dont have any problems with a scratch on the protector

well P990 has an excellent camera(i know P1 has it better but its not like 2MP AF is hopeless).
also because it has a QWERTY keyboard. what the P1 has is something you might get used to, or you might never.
and dont forget P990 is for 21000rs.

3G phones are useless in pakistan at present because no 3G here.plus no operator announcing that when they have plan to launch it.edge also on very few places.when will we get out of tech. stone age???

i cant say about the third one. Take Mobilink out of this competition. i hate this company. Paktel i dont think so. they even doesnot have proper coverage in Karachi what else u expect from this company. i usally have no network coverage where i stay during my visit. area is Manzoor Colony.
so may be Ufone.
anybody has any contact in the techincal department of Paktel. i want them to listen to the recorded calls which i recorded during my visit. u cant imagine how bad the service was.

yes.off the record we keep on listening that china tel is investing heavity but when actually they will upgrade paktel network.at present it do not have gprs and network is at 900mhz.so consumes so much battery that talk time of the hand set reduces to half

warid prepaid launch a new zem2u package today.it is that 15 rupees plus tax per day and 50 minutes warid to warid calls from 9am to 5pm every day. @shauk . BECAUSE when on a 3g network mobile also keep looking for 2g network as a back up.so battery used more.if you have 3g set in pakistan.you use it.it use normal network but keep looking for 3g signal.so battery used more.if you off its dual mode.it do not look for 3g and battery life increased.because here is no 3g.so we should turn off dual mode

ok i 've got a problem....i hope u can help me..i just got a 1GB microSD card...for 6233....but when i go to the video recorder... the total time capacity for recording..for 352x288..and normal quality....is 2:22.....
and for 640x480...and normal quality...is 1:43....
but when i had 64mb card.....it was 43sec..for some 1 of these settings atleast..i dont remember exactly........
so y isnt there a reasonable increase??..which i think there should be....
i havent formatted the card yet....should i do it??. will it sort this and ne other problem...

make sure that your 'memory in use' is on memory card so i belive it will show the real time ..... and which memory card are you using cause i had a 'micro sim' card it also had some problems but not the same one ....

im using ashtel card..
ok..i took the card out and then inserted in back..and now its ok...time is now prorperly shown...i.e it decreases per minute.....which it should have been b4...i dont know wat was the problem

motos aren't that bad generally speaking but i do strongly dislike the UI.. its far too slow and sluggish and kind of impairs the handset... i hope the new UI will bring some much needed improvements at least in terms of UI speed..

I know the sales people at MZ the only place i can check out a new cellphone by putting my sim in and going through the menus etc provided you don't make any calls lol
