@solja: how long do you plan on staying in toronto? i've stayed there and in the neighbouring cities for quite some time and they are indeed wonderful places. though do pack something a little warm(at least a thin sweater or something) the weather there tends to be cold nearly throughout the year. and if you can post some pics while you're there

@solja: odd. during the time i was there it was extremely cold in the winter, and pretty cool during the summers. there were a lot of snow storms there in the winter during that time and one actually occured during April. but then this was all about 6-7 years ago. global warming will most probably have warmed the place by now.
