sending phone book from T630 to 6021?

my dad can't send his hole phonebook from his old T630 to his 6021. it takes about 5min to send the phone book (+400 contacts) but it only shows the first contact.
its also the same when i send the phonebook to the computer via bluetooth. the computer sees all the numbers, its one Vcard file 36kb, with all the numbers and contacts, but then when i send it to the nokia, it again only sees the first contact.

any advize? he got the nokia from work, so don't blaim me for him not having an SE

Maybe the best way is to have them both synchronized to Outlook contacts.
