do anyone knows if there is any difference between mca-20 and mca-25 in picture quality? is there any picture samples of the mca-25?

no difference in picture quality.

Its smaller & capable of zooming pictures.

Only when you use it with a T300 not with T68i. You use nothing of those silly features when you have it hooked to a T68i. Not to mention the price is more tha a mca-20.

can you use the mca-20 with a t300?

Acutally, I bought it for $130 at the local AT&T store here in town last week while MCA-20 going around for +/- $170 over internet mail order.

Yes, it's actually cheaper...
Here we have MCA-20 at the lowest CHF 228.- and MCA-25 at CHF 199.- which is approx. 135 euros & 155 euros.
Strange...

yes.... MCA-20 works with T300

Well I dunno where you guys are getting these prices on the MCA-20 from. I ordered mine from a guy on Ebay last week and I paid 120.00 US dollars. The mca-25 was only just as ceap from ATT everyone else has it for more. Also Canyonriver.com has the MCA-20 for 130.00 US, but they were out of stock.

Maybe they are cheaper to produce??

Up to how many x does the mca25 zoom? 2x? 3x? also at max zoom is the pic quality just as good?

Up to how many x does the mca25 zoom up to? And is the picture quality just as good at maximum zoom?

up to 2x zoom me finks

the zoom isn gonna be so great since it's a digital zoom not optical zoom,
so u'll just get bigger pixels kinda look.
much like enlarging in photoshop, unlike the zoom on actual cameras.
Posted by jellyellie
all the zoom is doing is cropping the picture
Posted by lizardKng
Cropping can be good when for example sending a picture with MMS. Not much need for 640x480 pixles then
Posted by jellyellie
you can't change the picture once you have taken it though

I would like to be able to take ONE large pic and mail that one and then MMS a smaller version of it.

Do anyone can post link to detailed characteristics of MCA-20 and 25.
Thinking of bying one. Or better buy a reall digitall camera? What you think guys - is this MCA worth it?

mca-20 easily scratch, crack.
mca-25 zoom is ok...

i read somewhere mca-25s being sold are originally bundled with T68i's. that's why they don't have packaging (i.e. box) like that of the mca-20.

25 is much better. Faster to take pics, better quality (no edge problems, better scaling to MMS size)

My MCA-25 came in a seperate SE green box with a white plastic tray inside for the contents.

My MCA-20 also came in it's own seperate package.
Has anyone got info on the MPF-10, SE's new flash for the CommuniCams?

My MCA 25 came along with the phone, but zooming is really of no use since it screws up the image ...

Quality seems to be pretty good - howzit compare similar photos by P800 & 7650?
