Sync Problems with Nokia 3250 - Help

I am trying to sync my contacts from Outlook 2003 to the Nokia 3250 using the pc suite 6.8 latest version. I have about 825 contacts and the phone craps out saying "Operation time-out" after the software has read about 815 contacts.

And no contact is updated.. I reduced the no. of contacts, but still no issue.. Help please
