Hi - This is Wilson G. Venancio. I am working on finishing my master’s studies in UST and my thesis is about “effects of customer support/service on mobile phone brand performance”. As such, I am looking for mobile phone users who have "primarily" done the following:
1. Contacted their mobile phone manufacturer's hotline
2. Visited their mobile phone service partners (service/repair center)
Secondarily:
3. Visited Smart or Globe dealers re sales inquiry on mobile phones
