@plankgatan

Hey mate I post on the esato supercam for k750/w800/w810 thread. Was just looking at all the pics here n noticed that you gotta a really good I for photography. Most of your shots are really good. Photography rocks doesn't it?

At all the guys cribbing about resizing and cropping, thats an art too and its a BIG part of photography. Youve gotta be able to make sure that the photo ain't too big or too small when resizing and make sure you don't chop off too much from a pic or leave a lot of unwanted stuff in, that distracts the viewer from the main subject while cropping. plank's done a great job of both these so give him the credit he deserves.

@max_wedge
Mate you've also got a couple of great shots in!

If you guys here are bored then you can have a look at pics taken with my w810. Link is below in my signature. Enjoy and keep the pics flowing!

I'm in the BPR (BestPic RULES) club definitely. I took my K790a on vacation with me to the amazon jungle. We went spotting pink and gray dolphins in the river. They surface very quickly to breathe and they're really hard to get on camera. Lucky for me, I had BestPic. I could leave the shutter button pressed half-way and then press it as soon as they surfaced. Even if my reflexes were off, I still had 4 pictures before I pressed the button. Poor suckers with "real" digicams couldn't do a thing! I'll post the pictures later if I have time.

EDIT: I have time right now, actually, too bad there's no optical zoom on the phone:

Another edit: I just noticed ypu can see the guy in the picture's reaction when he hears the dolphin and quickly turns to look.

Found another burst:

Beautiful sunset that day:

plankgatan: those pics of the flowers look amazing, what settings are you using for them and are you doing any post editing on them?

Posted by plankgatan
like usually...........Daylight profile || good light (perfect "warm" sun beams) || and keep the phone steady

(and no, i never use some Photo shop, etc....just original pics directly from the k810i)

i hav got this on yesterday...
so you guys please help me to improve the pics .......

Posted by atom1
i dont know how to use scenes....
and when i try to take photos on a medium light the pic with flash shows dark area(showing nothing...) around the flash affected area.. any guys help me....(sorry for my english!)

Posted by tai020381
Use twilight portrait when shooting dark areas and when you want to see the rest of the background. Activate the flash, press the shutter and hold till it displays "saving". By using twilight portrait the shutter actually opens longer for more light to enter the lens. So you still have to stay still although there is flash.
