Hey peeps, as you can tell I live in Bermuda. You know the one with the triangle. Well anyway if anyone has been looking at the weather forecast lately you would know about this category 1 hurricane in the Atlantic Ocean. I've snapped a few before & after pictures with my K800i for esato.

Hurricane Info:

Name: Florence
Category: 1 - 2
Speed/Direction: 12mph / N.W of Bermuda
Location: Atlantic Ocean
Sustained Winds: 80mph / 69.5knts
Gust to: 110mph / 95.6knts
Affected Areas: Bermuda

Video Capture of Florence
Here's a short clip (3mins:11secs) of the Before & After Effects of Florence.
Size of clip(2.8mb) You can download here.

*Note
You will get a username & password prompt use these:

User Name : esato@nuke-evo

After Logged in Navigate on the FTP Server to the Hurricane Florence Folder then click drag video to Destop.
If you wondering what the Drive Icon folder is then Click Here for more info.

Before

After

Conclusion
Really, this hurricane was so weak, it was dissapoiting to most people here who like to ride out storms ( lol ). Since we Bermudian's have has so many hurricanes we loose our fear for them and begin to like them since it rarely happens. It also allows families to come together help out each other. Kinda brings out the camping spirit!! Oh well we have 2 more storms to come. You know I can't wait!!!!
Btw if your wondering why were not worried about our houses getting blown away is because our houses are made form concrete. Ever notice when hurricanes or tornados hit a town it rips apart those wooden and brick homes but dosen't do much to a city buildings!!!!

@Trezegol!

EXCELLENT photo of the water in motion. Pure Artistry!

I'd like to see more photos of nature in motion, or objects in motion.

Seems with the latest firmware that the K800 is living up to its promise. Anyone else notice that will all the quickshare and now the Cybershot phones that the more pics you take the better they turn out?!

Rumor has it my provider may get the K790i. I see an upgrade coming for my wife.

Went to a Magazine Shop yesterday and saw this Superman statue display . . . on it, it's depicting Superman STOPPING the 2 commercial planes that WAS about to hit the WTC . . . am planning to buy it this week - kinda cheap as it only costs US$ 10.50 , the figure stands at about 9.5 inches tall

When I was at the mall's parking lot . . . I peeked out and saw this view from above (3rd level) I was wondering what it was . . . as there's some BUBBLES coming from the underneath . . . Must be a PUBLIC (FREE for all) - Jacuzzi

just few from weekend

Posted by silie
sorry but how do you turn on the image stabilizer? and what does spot in the metering do?

Posted by mts
Cyber-shot menu is kind a dynamic, thats mean that you can turn image stabilizer only in landscape mode and maybe also in some other modes.

Hey mate since you live in nevada can you do me a favor and take a picture of the Bellagio while the watershow is on.

I attempted but, I was on the Deuce and the lights on the top deck made a bad glare.

Posted by DonJuan
sir hackalot yeah no problems...i have some took already with my digital camera, but ill take some with the k800 see how they turn out. I work opposite the Bellagio so no worries!

Posted by Sirhackalot
Thanks alot mate!!! You say you work across from Bellagio so is that near Aladdin. If I can remember there was a hotel with named somthing Hilton(pink) and Paris hotel. Why don't they just combine it and name it Paris Hilton??

Btw I must ask what is up with the Pornagraphic stamps on the sidewalk and the hooker Ad trucks??

Posted by shanespencer

I tidied it up a little in iPhoto, but I didn't have to do much to it.
