So this past labor day weekend i went with my friends to NC to go camping and have some fun. We ended up climbing up a few waterfalls and going upstream. I had my trusty k800i with me (Since I had TWO k850is crap out on me) to snap some pics. I took quite alot, but when viewing them on my laptop, none of them really stood out as much as this one. This is standard factory firmware, standard cam drivers, all auto settings. Probably the most beautiful cybershot phone pics ive taken, especially from my over 3 year old k800.

Thank you SE for making a phone that takes amazing pictures, never crashes, has amazing battery life still after 3 years after use (outlasted my friends phone even while taking pics all day). It has become my primary phone again, (Ditched my cruddy iphone).

OMG OMG, I can't even believe these pics are off a K800, How did u achieve this shallow Depth of field effect ?? are these edited

Posted by mriley
you can do that with manual focus, or use tilt shift lens/editing

Posted by tranced
@gayannr: just focus and shoot . The flowers have just used the manual focus. The sunset one is just a normal one

Here's my first attempt of water drops in the air:

Yeah I meant the flowers, but even with my Digicam (Sony W230) I can't get this much shallow depth of field, (Largest Aperture is same as K800 , f/2.8 ) , when focus is set on to the flower (Auto focus)

P.S : a good manual focus driver for C902 ? ?

Thanks mate. All of these have been using your driver

These pictures were taken with the regular camdriver in June, July 2009. The day after these last pictures I fell into the sea with the phone in my pocket. Completly ruined but the memorycard was still intact and no rust.

This on is on my drumkit and it's edited a bit in PhotoFiltre.
