MMS templates and pictures on T681

I have accidentally done a master reset on my phone, and have deleted my MMS templates, some pictures, and ring tones. Although Denmark doesn't support MMS yet, I am very sorry for having lost my MMS templates. Is anyone out there who can help me get this templates back in my phone. Maybe upload them, or e-mail them to me? I would really be very grateful. Thanx in advance.
