deleting a game from memory (k750i)

Hi, I just installed a game, and suddenly I can't access the game list or the applications list. I tried swapping the manifest.mf with another game and such to try and replace it but it still won't load either listing.

Is there a way I can delete the game without affecting the rest of my phone? (It's in the memory not the memory stick)
