u can create your own manually using cabwiz cab manager. all you need is a 320X290 background image (and optional smaller image for the start menu background). then create an INF file that will hold the colors which are inside HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Color .. using cabwiz cab manager.. create a cab file and rename it to .TSK and whoaalah!!! u have created ur own theme.
