PC no longer detects T68i via Bluetooth

I installed Package 4, and the Ericsson Phone Settings software was detecting my T68i via Bluetooth (I successfully downloaded some pictures with Image Editor).
Then I changed the name on my phone (possibly unrelated) and the Ericsson software could no longer detect my phone, even while it was paired with my PC.
Since then I have removed and reinstalled all the Ericsson and Bluetooth software and turned the phone off and removed the sim card.
But no matter what I do, I cannot get the Ericsson software to detect my phone.
Do I need to configure COM ports or something?
