I can't understand, why always this ' UK only. PH only ...' if you want to sell, it's not the best way to make it this way, but anyway, I'll give you delivery adress in UK. !!!
What is the actual price for fatreg?

has fatreg bought this yet? I havent heard him about recently?

sorry to go off topid but in response to this its mainly for both security and cost reasons - how do we know that someone abroad isnt going to scam us, especially when it costs near on £20 to post a phone overseas
however, im sure in most cases as long as you meet reasonable requirements they will ship abroad - i am more than happy to ship anywhere except the east, provided that you pay postage costs and agree to the small security checks i do

OT answer:
The risc is not on sellers side!
The risc is on buyers side. How should I know, that the seller isn't scamming me?
I buy used and new phones from all over the world to complete my collection and I was never asked to wait for payment till the item has arrived.
Everytime I have to pay at first (and I do it without any problems) and if the seller got the money he sent out the item.
So the risc is everytime on my side.
BUT for this reason the post offices all over the world have got this nice service called: registered and insuranced
In my opinion it's not the right way to use an international forum and discussion platform to make national business.

I dont agree to that sorry. Tigerente had some very good points there, I myself dont often send items abroad, I will only do it if say one person asks me to, and for that I have no problems. Like andy I wont send to the east although will send things to malaysia and japan etc.
I don't think the seller is at risk to much especially if they are dealing with somone whos a known trusted trader, although it does depend on how payment is made, as some methods such as paypal would not be my 1st choice.
There is also the debate about how good a postage service is.
I myself will hardly ever restrict my esato sales to just UK anymore, i sent a N70 to america the other day and it all worked out fine, so its hard to see why someone wont ship a phone to germany which is in the UK although I do want to see fatreg get this one

yes but the seller decides where he/she wants to send, not the buyer!

guys your all making really good points etc and i agree with you all - everyones point is valid
but this is a post about a phone for sale so could we please go back on topic now (i know it was my fault, sorry) - im more than welcome to discuss international shipping in another forum but i think we're all agreed its okay to do so
