W550i Screen Replacement !

Hi i have broken the screen to my W550i phone and i bought a new LCD screen but i cant seem to find how the original screen comes off ?

I ve been wanting to replace my W550i screen too. Mine got an annoying scratch on it:-( . Could you pls tell me where to buy a new screen from and how much you paid for it?
