Nokia E61 or o2 XDA Mini S or ?

I need help in choosing an upgrade. My situation is that I am on o2 and due an upgrade within the week.

I must have wifi on the handset
I would definately prefer a keyboard.

Last year i had a Nokia 9500, which was rubbish. Extremely slow and unusable.

I also had a Orange C550, I didn't like windows on that. I found it slow.

My main criterea is surfing the internet and reading emails on the device (over 90% will be for just surfing the net). I will only be doing this via the wifi, so the wifi element has to be exceptional.

Can anyone guide me to a good handset that is very fast for surfing the web?

i would choose a windows device, simply because there exist lots of software for it. you cant find anything on series 60 and even if you do you must pay lots of $$$ because the new can only install signed applications.
