Problem with Windows Temp file missing.

I am trying to install SE PC suite but am getting a message saying

C:\DOCUME~1\Andrew\LOCALS~1\Temp\pft32.tmp\

obviously a problem with XP and my username is Andrew,any advice much appreciated.

Just forget this software, use My Phone Explorer 1.4.3

Think i will try that,does it sync with any organiser / PIM ?
