LF: cheap phone with 850 band

im lookin for a cheap phone with the 850 band. i want it to be a step up from the t630 though. a k700i would be perfect if it had the 850 band. basically, im not lookin to spend over 150 USD. around that much.

would prefer it from the US so i dont have to pay for shipping, but ill take any offers - please include shipping in price. thanks.
