Can anyone help me upgrade my sl45 to fw v52?

Hi! I've read many articles & forums that they've upgraded their sl45 phones to fw v52 successfully using the serial cable.

I already download the fw v52 but cannot upgrade, there is this error saying "cannot connect to mobile, bootstraploader on com 1." I really don't know what this is and I don't know what to do.

Can anybody help me on this?
