chatboard problem - Esato archive

My chatboard for my t68i always types in caps. Does anyone know how to fix this?

doesn't pressing shift and after that spacebar solve the problem?

@john

i assume your using the CHA 10. disconnect then put it back in. press shift adn the 3 key (press the 3 key for 2 sec.) then a window will appear. "CAPS LOCK RELEASE"
