white screen problem with w550i-sorted now dnt reply

as many people have already stated on this site, my screen has gone white and it wont switch on,since i know little about reflashing and getting these programmes, i was hoping some1 would try and tell me where to get the reflashing programmes from and if i could use the data cable i got with the phone to flash it with??? any help wud be grately recieved

got to the support section on the SE website you'll find the instructions there. Under SEUS(Sonyericsson update service). It's a free way of updating your firmware. Doubt you'll need to download any software and yes it uses the cable that came with the phone.
