loosing connection during use of datacable

hi guys i am in a great problem.i have SE K300i and a datacable DCU-11 for that.while downloading or uploading from/to phone it suddenly looses connection and shows the error "yr phone is disconnected due to some error".so plz help me in getting rid of this problem.
