Need help with D750i for T-Mobile USA use

got a brand new D750i. I'm also with T-Mobile but problem is I'm in the US. I have talked with T-Mobile support here to configure to their specs but did not work out, i.e.: can't send pics, can't connect to the internet, etc.

I checked the software version: R1NA005prgcxc1250175_hong_kong_caR1NA005.
Also, when I check the Phone Status, it's saying Model: W800i.

Can anyone here help:

1. Is that a proper software to use or should I update with the latest one? Sorry for the beginner question, but how do I update with latest software?

2. How to configure to US T-Mobile specs?

Physically, what's the model of the phone? D750i or W800i?

And what do you mean by phone status? did you perform >*<<*<* to check ??. If there is a discrepency between the physical and the software model, then your phone has been flashed or altered to be a W800i....

In order to get Tmobile settings for SMS, WAP, etc,. get on the SE's site under Phone Setup page and follow the instructions....
