VK2020 problems - Esato archive

I'm having lots of problems with my new VK2020, I've mailed VK but they haven't responded yet. I searched the forum but couldn't find much about VK, is there any other forum thats more suitable?

The charger that came with the phone says "This charger is for VK2000 only".
Since VK2020 is a follow-up of VK2000 and kinda new I didn't care much about the warning sticker, but when I use the charger I get lots of strange artefacts and colors on the screen which can't be good. The USB charger works fine so I use that instead. Has anyone else had the same problem?

The microphone is really bad, I have to speak very loud for anyone to hear me and that's just in a quiet room. Using the phone while walking along a trafficated road is out of the question. The handsfree isn't much better. Maybe they will fix in a firmware update?

Sometimes when I recieve or make a call I can't hear them and they can't hear me, probably because the reception goes from 100% to 0%. If I hang up I get full reception again within a couple of seconds.
