xtnd software and Outlook2002 SP2 problems

Has anyone else experienced strange behavior in Outlook when the XTND software for synchronizing has been installed? The outlook application window seems to "rebuild" erratically when i click from inbox to calendar or other areas. Once XTND is uninstalled it stops happening.
