I reset data, call and sms counters at the end of every month. At this moment data counter shows:
received: 65 115 bytes
sent: 92 191 bytes
During some months I don't use GPRS at all.

It's hard to keep track on the K800i what your using..
if you have a i-Mode phone it tells you the amount you actually use as in 1MB
need something like that cos I haven't a clue how much im using half the time and to make things worse 02's GPRS charges are a utter nightmare

@miss uk - I am suin' a Nokia N90 fone right now . . . for what I know,
fones records or has data counters - GPRS. I remember that some fones have MMS and SMS - sent counters too.

My contract only gives me 1MB free per month if I want more it's £3.00 for 2MB which is pathetic considering other networks offer more Megabytes cheaper and at alot more too

@miss uk - Yeah . . . that's quite expensive . . . at my end it's only US$ 0.20 / 30 mins of access on the GPRS
! But my contract is under consumable . . . so I can access the NET for hours for FREE !

I dont know why there is a "-" (I guess is minus) and it's a countdown. When i've cheked the counter few weeks ago it didn't had a "-" and it was counting up (there were 700-750M).
Does anyone knows why it's a "-" there?

one reason may be you were browsing very small size pages, and your speed would be slow, so you click on the same link again & again- resulting in higher send data.
another reason may be your data counter would be wrong. just my thoughts.

I mainly browse Voda Live! pages and google and the odd bit of wikipedia if I need help with something. I'm not sure whether Wikipedia has 'made for mobile' pages though.

mind that the counter counts also e-mails, instant messengers' traffic, so maybe he sends lots of attachments and chats too much (compared to browsing the web), in this case also sent data can be more than received.
