u could download the image editor from sonyericsson.com or go to arcadethemes.co.uk and go to the links and click theme editor pro

at worst case you can install adobe photoshop (granted, its not free, but you can find the cracked version anywhere, works just as good) and have accessibility to a world of image options, and you can save it as a 256 color gif to make it compatible with the T-68
