Bluetooth sync help needed Please please please

Hi

Just bought a BT dongle. Its great i can transfer images str8 to my t68i. But it wont let me sync with outlook. Im using XTNDConnect. and it says

"unable to decect phone, please verify the phone is connected to the PC"

i cant find anywhere in the software where it aks for conenction type.

Please help
