well that means its got there, you should hear back from then within 12 hours, 90% of the time within 6 hrs of recieving it a new one is dispatched to me

well i recieved it back today, and they told me nothing was wrong with it. BUT NOW the cable is even harder to plug in

I had the same problem with apple regarding my macbook. The were going to most my new one out on the 21st April untill i complained and so it came yesterday.

@ east it could be your cable thats a bit f**ked rather then the ipod. In all my time spend on ipods I have never seen or heard of a damaged dock connector...

@luke, i have tried 6 different connectors now, so i know its my ipod. i wish there was a way for me to show you, but a video isnt the same effect, you know?
