Multimedia message sending failed

How do I set up my Nokia 7250i up so I can send & receive MMS messages? When
I go to send one it says "Message saved to outbox for sending", and
occasionally a message pops up later saying "Multimedia message sending
failed."

Do I need to contact my service provider? How will I do that? Is there any way through the internet of free charge who could help me out?

U need to get the mms settings frm ur service provider.
