Most common ringtone formats?

I'm distributing my self-composed ringtones and I wonder what the most common ringtone formats are? I distribute them as mp3 today, but to cover a wider audience, what other formats should I offer as well?

I'd be grateful for any insights, even for other mobile phones than just SE.
