Horizontal scrolling themes for W550/W600/W810

I asked someone to send me the W810 themes for use with my W600 (Equalizer/Orbit/Emerge)- and as for the [v4.1 as per lingo] Equalizer theme, it doesnt use the horizontal scrolling icon set as in this picture, but reverts to the 12-icon desktop scheme as if the theme was used in the K750/W800/K600 [v4.0]. Themes creator 2.2 doesnt seem to offer any options to create horizontal scrolling icons; neither does the latest revision of the themes whitepaper seem to offer any help. Any developer documents/instructions on how to go about doing this?

EDIT: solution found. keeping first post intact to assist discussion

The scrolling thing is a flash file not located inside the theme (tar file). These flash files are not attached to themes you send from the phone . I don't think it is possible to create such themes using current available software.

so does this mean that these flash file is "part" of the phone's firmwarE?

Besides the .thm file, you also need corresponding .swf file, otherwise it will use ordinary UI.

The SWF-file must be placed in the filesystem at:
/tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash/

thats the correct directory, however the swf files, if you upload them there will not work on w800i/k750i.

i know that some branded w600i disable the new theme layout, maybe that is your problem.

can this be done using file transfer? i mean putting the .swf in the right directory?

MaLt: via usb/IR/BT? i doubt it. unless you have a way to repack that into the flash file, i guess..

I'm experiencing the same problem on mine W810... I think that is because my operator logo do not accept tha change of "pattern" on the menu...
