password protection for files/folders

i'm using FileProtect to protect my files, but encrypting & decrypting files through this program is quite length and it keeps on asking "Allow application to read user data?" each time I encrypt/decrypt a file... is there any other program that has a more user friendly interface or can even lock folders instead of individual files?
