Money Transfers UK to Abroad

Hi does anyone know if you can do Money Transfers online instead of travelling into your bank to send a small amount of cash to somebody abroad?

I need to send €28,90 to pay for a Housing for my phone to a bloke in Germany, and I do not want to go into my bank just to send this small amount, so does anyone know if theres a "SECURE SITE" that allows you to make free transfers etc?

Please let me know TA!

Your bank site ? Mine has such a service but they might charge you a very small amount for the international transfer.
